Buddy picked 2 more up this morning. He said he saw several still carrying. Shea and I are gonna go for a couple hours in the morning. Not leaving till we find one!!!

Two of the last 3(nicer ones) were dropped in fields by a canine of some sort. Teeth marks on tips. Heck, now I’ve even got competition from four leggers!!
Finding boot tracks and 4 wheeler tracks a plenty on the farms I walk on now. Never use to be like this! The four wheeler tracks are hitting the field perimeters once or twice a week while I’m working it looks like. The one farm I walked yesterday late afternoon had boot tracks as fresh as that morning or Friday night. Pretty discouraging finding that. Sucks knowing my areas are getting hit while I work and then when I do walk I’m walking for just exercise mostly. Lol

Yes i was hunting him actually i found the sheds December 24 so he dropped them really early... actually shot at a squirrel and when i got down and grabbed my arrow they were about 5 feet from my arrow [emoji23] only got one picture of him this year and he actually is losing inches

IMO, looks like they could easily be from the same deer and definitely from same gene pool.

BIG DINK IS ON THE BOARD!!!!!

I FINALLY found one of my only target deer’s sheds. Had about an hour last night thanks to no OT and time change. Found it just before dark so not much time to search area for the mate. There was a good amount of dried blood on the pedicle and light gnawing so I reckon it dropped within the past week or so. This was the first time I hit this area this year as I’ve mostly just been hitting fields,fingers and fence lines. It’s the same 5 pt side as last year which is cool as I can check his growth. He earned his name honestly that’s for sure! Lol
