Damn Phil.....u should of called me, I have a sprayer and water-based poly!....that's the way to go

ugh! I had no idea. There has been an extended period to allow for different coats of stain and polyurethane clear coats to dry. Overall, this seems to be the project that is never ending.

I have a fast drying /warm water soap clean up poly ...depending on thickness ...sometimes as little as 30mins dry time

Slowly but surely the room is coming along. I owe a big thanks to my Dad for jumping into it last night and starting to hang baseboard while I was giving estimates. Here are the results. He also got some around the closet door frame and window.

Hang a bar in the closet and mount the shelving. 30 min project max. Put on the outlet and light switch covers. Should have already been done. oops. Trim around built in shelves and window. I think that is pretty much it.
