Great news Rich...stressful stuff right there..went through that test back in October everything came back benign.

Brian.... Glad to hear your tests came back benign.. What prompted you to go, high PSA count???
Yes my number was elevated...good reminder for all the guys on here to stay up on their annual physical,better to catch any issues early as it is very curable but ya wait too long and things go downhill quick.

Yeh.... Once your PSA hits 3 they get concerned and you should have it checked... Mine was 16...
But they say other factors are involved in a higher than normal PSA count... Such things as size and whether or not your prostate is enlarged... A normal prostate is the size of a walnut, mine was like a grapefruit... It's been enlarged since the 70's... Hey they say 90% of the male population before they die will have some form of prostate cancer... I'm not one for doctor's visits, but guys as Brian said stay on top of it and catch these things early... Look at me... If I didn't get ticks embedded in me in the summer of 2019 I would have never gone for blood work... That blood work led to a trip to the urologist and tests preformed which showed a mass in my bladder, which was removed in its early stages, before it spread... So get your asses in for a yearly physical....

Nothing to mess with , my psa was 22. Done all the rest and the cancer had escaped my prostate. Went to osu . Spent 7 hours on the operating table . No prostate and 28 limph noads later im supposedly better. Have to keep an eye on it. So far psa staying down . This was a year ago last june . Nothing to mess around with guys . When you see one of them comercials about prostate problems and they have a magic pill for ya . Its a crock of shit . Go to the dr. For an psa test .

Dave..... Blood work and digital exams... You know.. The one where doctor says bend over, elbows on table....All the while he has a tube of KY in his hand...
Starts with blood. If my blood work shows something is wrong, do what you gotta doc. I've had elephant q-tips shoved up my dick hole. That isn't any fun either.

Actually usually every time you go for a physical the doctor does both.... Elephant q-tips sound like fun...
Glad I don't have a Jersey doctor. Rectal exams and elephant q-tips in my pee hole don't sound routine.

Phil.... Elephant q-tips is a Giles thing... Never heard of it before... Probably when he was in the service. Checking for sexually transmitted bugs...
