Hell yea, anytime Mike. I try to convince Nate to atleast let me bone out his deer before he drops them off at the butcher to save a few $$$, but he's always in a big hurry. It literally would take me 30 minutes to skin a doe down and cut out the backstraps and bone the rest off into gallon bags. The rest he always gets put into jerky, breakfast sausage and burger anyway. It's actually really fun and easy to butcher your own. Once you do it yourself and save the cash, you'll only take in the bulk stuff for specialty stuff like sausage and whatnot
