Old Murphy. Took M-F off and had a clear schedule. And then Murphy got involved. Gotta drag my ass outta bed early Friday to drive to one of our properties and show it to some developers. One of those meetings you can't be "that guy" for and have it get pushed for a few weeks. Plus, it's a potential $1B investment, so they have my attention

I have a hard hat and a safety vest if anyone wants to tag along and pretend to work for the electric company while we're there

Even better I have a vest and an official AEP hardhat.

Given the temps, anyone interested in renting a pontoon for some fishing during the week lol? I am gonna throw my poles and tackle box in just in case the urge strikes or another 1-2 show interest.

What type of fish are in the lake Adam?

Bass, cats, and bluegills. Never had much luck from the bank, would look to head down towards the dam area where it's deeper.

I've heard they actually have a good population of walleye in it. I've never fished it though.
