It can be done lol. I did it with my 10pt buck this year using the SpyPoint IR-6

Once it warms up I'm gonna dig the dang thing back up. After that, I don't know what I'm gonna do. It stinks!!!

No local taxi has the bugs and I don't wanna deal with boiling it.

Burying it deeper isn't an option. I hit solid shale. Wish it was gas or oil though.
