New Jersey 2025 Bear Hunt......

The patch was hoping last night... Other stand me and Dan put up is dead... My other spot was dead...

So told Jon he better sharpen his knife, cause I'm thinking he's gonna be using it this trip very early... The amt. of bears showing up at the patch is unreal... And all day long to boot... And all decent size ones that everyone here would be happy with... And NO BAIT WHATS SO EVER HERE... It's mind boggling... Here's a sample of the activity... I also had a big sow with 3 big cubs show up behind my friend's house... Cubs are big enough that mom can be shot... However I don't shoot sows with cubs no matter how big they are... Not making orphans... No my style... That pic is obvious with multiple bears... Gonna have to raise Jon and Dan's rates at this rate...

Here's one that was 200 yds from the patch at another stand site.. He's there midday which is great.. By the size of his ass he's decent.. Not the giant, but I'm sure Jon would be happy .....

So the parade through ' THE PATCH ' has begun already today .... Two nice bears strolled through around 8-8:30 am... With the activity there Im staying out of that area till Jon gets here... I better get my jet sled ready for some work...

Funny but scheduled arrival date is Oct. 13th. which is the first day of bear season... So we'll see how that goes...
