Yep I remember when my kids were little slows things down.
Enjoy it though they sure grow up fast.My little girl is 26 now.
I can't wait till next month I will have more time to get more sets in on the yotes

Two coon today. One was a muddy mess. Had yet another pull out with the same dp. It might need taken apart and cleaned.

I had same trouble with one last year. Cleaned it up and I haven't had any trouble since. Good job on the coon.

Only got 3 coyote sets out this morning. Set all my 330 stands with no traps. The plan is to go out at midnight and drop the 330s on and let em slide down. Those stands for the 330s are bad ass. You can literally walk up and drop the trap over em and they will slide to the bottom of the stand and be in perfect place. Tomorrow I will put out another 6-10 coyote sets and set another property for beaver. I'm off till Wednesday..... so we will see how things go......

I always thought people were crazy for setting traps at midnight on opening day.....but looking at the weather and probably only getting 3 days of open water I need to make the most of it. ..... so as of midnight I will become one of those lunatics

Days starting off good. Apparently going in last night at midnight and sliding traps over my connibsar holders was worth it. Got me a nice one. Amdni also snared a coon

First property was good to me. Snared a 45-50lb beaver. And caught two rats in 330s. Bet they got more than they were bargaining for. U was just as surprised as they were. I'm sure.
