You definitely dodged a bullet there. The best piece of ground ain’t worth beans if you have crap neighbors.
hopefully and maybe there. I have a tiny area to hunt and a family farm here and the neighbors are pretty dang awful as game law enforcement is not a thing. Anything from trying to manage for trophies, to trespassing, litter, ethics… it all sucks
