Hot ham and cheese sliders made on Hawaiian rolls...kick a nun in the clam!

Slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls. Black forest ham, baby Swiss and place it in the oven @300 until the cheese melts. Cut into single rolls and enjoy! I prefer to dip mine in Roush mustard.

Honey ham is also mighty fine.

Yeah, SWMBO is walking around the house holding color samples up against the room walls again. Ugh! So, I was desperately trying to look totally engrossed at the computer when I came across this site again and decided to dip my tootsie in. Thanks for waiting.
Good to see ya here I remember ya from the other side 🤪

@Fullbore this thread needs your stuffed peppers recipe and I'm sure you have some other treats for us. You know how to eat!
Ron’s internet is down so he sent me this:

Pretty simple:
Wash them
Cut off stems and slice em down one side. Clean out seeds and membranes.
Stuff with sausage (savory sage)
Or your favorite kind.
Tooth pick them to keep them together.
Grill em till done all the way around.
Place them in an aluminum pan, cover them with your favorite marinara sauce or Prego spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle some parmigiana cheese, season with Italian seasoning. Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake em till the cheese melts. 😏
I believe he uses both banana and Hungarian wax.

Thanks for the reception. Help keep me focused on the narrative.

When assigned to Hawaii, we called these snacks pūpūs. The locals loved to tailgate like at our daughter's softball games, and they were always trying to surprise us haoles with exotic fare; octopus tentacles, coconut crab, etc. The same thing when I was at Kotzebue, AK, especially when they brought out their famous muktuk, or as we called it, two-chew - walrus blubber. You chewed it twice and had to decide right then and there, do I swallow it or do I spit it out because there ain't no way it's going to stay in my mouth!

On the smoker , have another 4 pounds in the oven that wouldn't fit. Got some Mexican dip , subs to cut up instead of sliders . Fresh pizza to bake. And dad brought over some smokey sausage queso dip he made .
