@5Cent ironically there is a connection. For employers paying minimum wage to $15/hr they rely on college kids, young adults, and other entry level workers. We have 3 colleges in Lima. This imports a massive young work force to the area. The kids still don't work. They live off student loans. This blame can be pointed at multiple factors, but the universities are partially to blame. These kids leave school expecting to make big bucks. They leave with big loans.
