Congratulations to Ron and my friend/hunting buddy, Tim Funk. Another friend and very accomplished archer in his own right, Adam Triplet sent our hunting group texted us this text this afternoon.

I called the IBO to confirm.

Tim Funk is officially your Master Hunter Class 2023 IBO Indoor World Champion.

Tim beat out the the reining 2022 MHC World Champion and shooter of the year, Paul Voshell.

Congratulations Again Tim. Great shooting.

That is a big accomplishment! There are very few average shooters that even bother to show up. He’s at the top of the heap and that heap is made up almost entirely of really good archers.
