So a real close friend of the family finally parted with a 67' convertible vette...to my dad. He got an extremely fair deal and intends to flip the car because he doesn't have the money or space to do it justice.
Car was parked in 1980 after the driveshaft broke during a burnout. Hasn't been touched until dad bought it last week. He still hasn't done much but look at it and access how bad the frame was (common for this year behind the rear tires). Hasn't been moved or anything yet.
Which brings me to my question...clean it up or sell it as-is with the dust and dirt on it?
I haven't seen the car since I was a kid. I remember seeing it and thinking how cool it was with the side pipes, lol.
