The wife took the boy to see Hotel Transylvania 2, so I broke out a small bag of Jumbo Perch. I did a simple egg was and Ritz cracker breading then pan fried in some roll butter that I just got friday in Millersburgh. No condiments needed. Just a Yuengling Lager to wash it down

Jessie made clams in a garlic butter sauce and risotto.

From field to plate. Grilled up the tenderloin from yesterday's doe. Some garlic taters and a homemade stout make for a satisfying lunch.
