Got both of mine today as well. Ordered a 45 and 65, both in tan.

I'd say it's either a coincidence or RTIC was trying to get rid of "ding and dent" inventory for the low price deals. Mine are both perfectly functional as far as I can tell, but they each have a few minor flaws that I've noticed. The 45 has a relatively large streak on the front that appears to have been caused by an errant buffing wheel that someone lost control of. The 65 has a deformity in the drain plug hole... The plug itself is fine, but the threaded hole is oblong at the top. The plug threads in fine but doesn't seem to seat as snuggly as the one on my 45. I'm going to put some water in it to make sure it doesn't leak.

That makes good sense as to why the sad and so many things "sold out". I'll have to open mine up and look for sure now. I don't mind if it's beat up a little, that's gonna happen anyways.

That's what I was wondering, scratch and dent sale. As long as it seals tight and doesn't leak I think I'll be fine.

Wouldn't they have to own up to them being seconds?
I know the outlet stores that sell seconds do so on the tags...
I bought some carhart jeans on line that were seconds and they said it right in the add that they were true to size just minor imperfections....

Some small scratches on mine. Plug is good, placed a flashlight in it, closed it, turned off the lights in the garage. Didn't see any light coming from it, I'm happy. Needs stickers and wheels and I'm good to go.

Anybody still thinking about this better hurry! Different colors and sizes are running out. I tried getting 2 # 20s in blue and they were all gone. We had to take the beige/brown color.

Damnit! Now what am I gonna use it for?

My 4 year old saw that sticker and asked why kids couldn't play in it. I explained it to her and told her that neither she nor her little brother are to play with it. I lugged it to the basement and put something they can't move on top of it.

Now that I've got little ones, I see the point of those stickers.

Just remember to not let Giles play inside his cooler. rotflmao
