Well I now have a new river view property. When we left I had 6" of water in the house and it was still rising.

We were able to get most of the stuff out but still some there.. Yes thankfully We do have flood insurance..

On second thought it's my believe that the greedy developers who built in these flood plains and the County officials who give approvals should be held accountable for the future damages. Make them pay up then life in jail.
