White trash in a box truck (55mph normal road) put his right turn signal on started slowing down and edging right, so I went to pass him in the left lane (legal passing) and he went left of center with the truck (he was going to back into a driveway), I cut back to right lane lock em up slid 20 yard he went back to right land and I hit his left corner of box truck. I did nothing to the truck. He got out was rude as hell, I stayed away from him till cops came, cops gave me a failure to stop in safe distance ticket. The cop said it didnt matter legal code says I was wrong. The driver first tried to claim he had his four ways on (he didnt put them on until I hit him and then he changed his story. My insurance company is claiming not fault accident Just in case the white trash driver tries something

My wife got a 2014 durango and I am goin to buy a beater truck I can wrench on and drive our jeep liberty until then.
