Close to 50 down. I spent the first part of the morning with a jammed gun thanks to a piece of corn stalk on the action, so I took some video. You guys are gonna shit when you see it. We saw more birds in 30 minutes than we have seen all weekend. Literally thousands and thousands and I had to sit and watch!!!

Had one. But I couldn't get out of the blind to get it because of all the birds. When theres 7K birds working your spread, you're on lock down! It was a helpless feeling!!!

60 today and the guide found one we missed yesterday at the old spread. So 40, 50, then 60 for a total of 150.

We were gonna tough it and head back tonight. But we've had 11 hours of sleep in 3 days, we have geese to clean yet, and we spent 12 hours laying in wet layouts and freezing cold wind. For $20 a person for an extra night, we decided to stay and leave early tomorrow. I should be home by 6:30; 10.5 hours back go Zach's and 1.5 from there to my place.

No hot tub. The bartender pic didn't turn out for shit. And I took 10 boxes of shells, but only shot 4. There was a group out here that shoot 115, 180, and 190 last week. So you can shoot way more than that. A guy hunting with us had buddies shoot 505 in one day. We didn't have the best weather, but it was still a good trip.

Not during the spring conservation season. Just wait until you see the video I took yesterday morning and you'll understand why! The bird count on the refuge north of us yesterday was 3.3 million birds. I bet we saw 50,000 total all weekend...
