My take after one viewing of the video is that its creator made three claims:
1. Wildlife (proffered - deer) belongs to the government (proffered - the king);
2. The government controls (proffered – licenses/tags) the consumption of wildlife by the governed; and,
3. Rich people have more discretionary funds than poor people.
The video’s creator exclaimed that only rich people can participate in the consumption of wildlife because they have the discretionary funds to purchase from the government a required tag/license to do so.
As to claim 1, above: I declare that all flora and fauna on/in/over public property belongs to the public. Some of the flora/fauna should be controlled if the public wants it conserved. Furthermore, some flora and fauna are, and should be, controlled even when on/in/over private property. Lastly, I declare that the public has done and still does a terrible job of controlling flora and fauna almost everywhere.
As to claim 2, above: A long time ago the public rightfully decided to get other, some say smarter, people to control the flora and the fauna on/in/over public property. The public called these people, among other things, the government and provided these government people with the authority and the tools (more people, property, time, and money) to control the flora and fauna on/in/over public, and subsequently, private property. The results aren’t pretty, but they’re a whole lot better than anything else previously tried.
As to claim 3, above: I agree; they do.
