No it was a pistol, it was a heavy jamming piece of junk. I was young and the price was right or so I thought. Like any company they may have grown out of there faults, I haven't shot one in a long time.

A friend of mine had one. We were out fuggi g around a few years ago and he let me run a few rounds through it. Put 9 rounds through the same hole at 50 yards with open sights. I thought it was a nice gun. Sounds to me like he had the right ammo judging by some of these responses.

Bought my first pistol in 2002, a HP 40cal. Still have it to this day and have thousands of rounds through it. It maybe ugly, it maybe heavy........but it has never failed me and I can always chuck it at my enemy should I run out of ammo. It is not my go to gun, but they are cheap enough to own to not have one. They are made in Ohio and have a lifetime warranty.
