Dang, Gern... those are some nice ones! That's one of the many things I miss about living in Sandusky County. With all the Sandusky Bay marshes nearby, frogging use to be a regular thing for me and my buddies every summer. I love frog legs!
Battered and deep-fried is always a tasty way to go... Smother them in hot sauce after they come out of the fryer. Another way I like them is to marinade them in italian dressing and throw them on the grill just like chicken legs.

I have only went gigging....haven't tried bare hands....there are alot of good spots over by grover bump!!
Bare hands is definitely the most fun, IMO. Gigging them can turn into a fuggin mess.
