Thanks fellas, wasn't much to the hunt really. Went out to check my cams/check on stands. Walked around the hillside, and there she was feeding. Took a seat, and shot her at 97 yards with open sights. Hit her a little far back, but she ran right to me, and I put her down. I was in the woods for half an hour.
A deer is a deer ain't it lol. I don't mind if it's a doe or a buck. A good buddy cracks a deer I want to see it antlers or not lol.
I've been in a dead zone and out of Internet service for the past week. Couldn't wait to get back so's I can check in.

I tried getting us some more points by setting my cuz and his son up in a ground blind for the first couple days in the rain. It just didn't happen. I mostly still hunted hoping to get a doe using my one and only $15 doe tag which I ate. Will have to buy a $24 either sex tag to get more meat and points for team7 down here in Warren Co.
IMO, it's a shame and a rip off for these $15 tags to expire before the end of season! From here on out it's either or tags! Fugg the $9 difference! Nuff venting!lol
