Here we have:

1-Pigs in a blanket
2-Shit on shingles
3-Poncho Villa dip(hot sausage/burger meat sauce over cream cheese) baked then scooped with Large Frito scoops.
4-Meatballs in crock
5-Buffalo Chicken dip
6-Bacon wrapped crackers
7-Skyline chili dip

leftovers will stretch out for us the rest of the week. Lol

just wrapped this guy in foil. Should hit 205 around 3pm. Then I'll put in towel and cooler. Also doing a roll of breakfast sausage and roll of bratwurst sausage on the smoker. Some friends are bringing various dips and desserts

Started smoking a rack of ribs at 1 o'clock. Put the rub on them yesterday amd let them sit overnight. Gonna finish them in the oven shortly.
