Busch latte currently, bourbon too chase it here shortly. Enjoying the cool evening after cutting the grass this evening....
After dropping Sky off in Tennessee I had to stop at this place on the way home. I told the guy there I was from Ohio and asked him to recommend a good bourbon I wouldn’t be able to get at home. No hesitation on his part and he handed me a bottle of Pure Kentucky. When he told me that his favorite was Buffalo Trace with this a close second, I had to get a bottle, since I am a huge fan of BT.
Got home TOO late Saturday and didn’t have a chance to try it yesterday. I will have some tonight on the back patio and report back. He said the Old Tub was a good one too, so I picked up one of those.

Had a few of these tonight as I was in the mood for something different... Not bad...
Had a short glass of the Pure Kentucky last night after golfing. It gets a thumbs up from me! I may have to stop and buy another bottle or two when we go down to pick up Sky on Friday.
Enjoying the new backyard patio with some Elijah Craig and a Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 along with Kristi and the dogs.

You want to try a dessert drink after supper some evening and if you like daiquiri’s try this. I loved the orange push-up sherbet treats way back then so this was a no brainer. I’ve had both the Chi Chi brand and the TGIF brand and liked both but if I had to pick the best of the two this would be it.
