Out of Whomp sauce so I picked up these two Traeger sauces to baste after internal temps reach 180. Been holding smoker steady at 225 since 9am. Gonna crank up to 275 at 180 internal temp like Matt Pittman suggests.
Just spritzed with apple cider vinegar for the 6th time. Internal temp at 170. Smelling pretty dang nice……….
