BBQ shrimp! What the poor people eating?
Nancy made bread bowls, and started our pepper plants today. I spread 20 more pounds of white clover seed, chopped some more kindling, shot about 50 arrahs and made clam chowdah. time for another cold one now.

Did a little Captain D's style catfish strips for lunch with butterpeas and tartar sauce. Solid meal!

Wife and I had Ribies on the Ninja tonight and they were DELISH....We also had fries but they were not worthy of a pic...

Half shell dinner tonight. She had 3 cheese baked "pepperjack included". I had mine cold with the tried and true texas pete.

Deep fried white perch...going to do a experiment with the cooking oils this spring...used vegetable oil tonight. Going to try peanut oil next then canola oil.

Should be the same. Don’t know if the meat tastes the same as the ones I catch are from brackish or salt water.
