Enchiladas with ground round that was walking yesterday. One of our local meat markets is killing it right now with supply and prices. These are a fan favorite in this house.
Isn’t there warreye in the river?The biggest injustice in Appalachia is we don't have warreye.
Don't know if I know of anyone that's ever caught one in Washington County. Maybe you Yankee Applachians up north, but not below the Mason Dixon, Aka I-70.

I’ve caught some the would rival the average of lake Erie’s warreye on it, above the mason Appalachia line
Ill ask my buddy im fishing with this morning. They used to Turkey and deer hu t just across the river in WV. Rack of ribs to go with some fresh cut ribeyes. Shout out to Weber's Market in Marietta. Half booze heaven, half meat heaven. Butcher and booze under one room. Doesn't get much better!

Kids came home from riding 4 wheelers. They had a couple friends and they picked up a couple sacks of crawfish.
Stuffed full of apples/onion/celery, rubbed with sage and rosemary between skin and breasts.....resting now. Homemade mashed potatoes and local sweet corn from last season
Sonic double bacon cheese burgers and home made fries...

Fresh flatheads fried. Pics later maybe lol.
Forgot to post these last night. Put "Good Shit" rub on all the chicken thighs and let it sit for an hour then throw em on the grill. It was so good and juicy. Wow that rub is really good on the chicken. Cant wait to try with wings.

Ham off the pellet grill, buttered noodles, smashed Yukon gold taters, kicked up baked beans, "real" green beans. The crescent roll was for good measure.

First batch of fish served w crab boiled red potatoes, corn and garlic. All from last nights crawfish boil.

Deer steaks marinaded for 3 days, then put on the grill. Crab boiled potatoes in butter w cheese and macs. I grabbed the thinnest piece of meat as I don’t like mine as rare as the wife does.
The wife boiled down the ham bone and made potato soup. Pics don’t do it justice, so just imagine it being really good.
