I was hanging out at my friend Forian's workshop in Germany again. While we were carving one of his friends stopped by with salmon lox he had cured himself. The mustard sauce was also homemade and was excellent. I happily ate multipule plate fulls. It was kind of peculiar eating off china and drinking wine in a workshop. When in Rome I suppose...
