Most of my cams have bite marks but this is by far the worst. It even tried to chew through the lock and cable.
This is our best buck at this point. As of right now he receives a pass from me until late season.
Checked some WV cams. One good shooter, one mature on the hit list and one no brow 6 that I let go.
Finally something good showed up.
West Virginia archery season has been action packed so far. We have 22 acres inside of public land. 100 acres of the public was once owned by my Great grandfather. His 5 children sold it to the state in the 80s for $20k. Had I been a couple years older it would still be in the family. The family retained the mineral rights so at least my dad is getting in on some of the easy money there.
I had this 9 point at 50 yards Saturday morning scent checking does and lip curling.
I grunted this 10 point in to 30 yards this morning. He was fired up and made 4 scrapes. He just never offered a shot. The daytime video is when he was 30 yards from me.

5 siblings split the $20k. They gave away the family farm to put $4000 in their pocket. Still makes me sick.
