Maybe a longshot, but what the heck. Wondering if any of you are landlords/have a buddy who is/know of some openings/could direct me to a broker that handles home rentals (single family detached)? Really want one in a rural area, or a quiet area not on top of others. I know, kinda limiting, but I have had enough of crappy neighbors right on top of me, and figure why not ask here. Area I'm interested in would be say from the Vermilion to the East side Of Toledo, from just North of Columbus being the bottom of the 'box'.
I have been looking at the online sites and C List without much luck, and being hours away makes it difficult to cruise around looking for "For Rent" signs. I figure word of mouth, or one of you knowing about an upcoming opening could lead me in the right direction. If you can help me it would be much appreciated, and I can slip you a few $$$ if you find me a place I move to. Thanks again.
