Candles lit, wife got home safe, supper was already cooked and ready to eat, and bourbon poured. Just chillin till power comes back on…..

Just got a cell cam pic from my place in Vinton county….the weeds are being blown sideways! I checked the radar and a huge cell is passing through right now with a lot of heavy rain.

Wow that was brutal. Wind came through like crazy…. Knocking the transformer off, signs coming off the utility poles, few trees were down on the road. Power were out for 2 1/2 hours. Hope everybody is okay. Stay safe
Just got our power back on but see all you guys in the NW all the way towards Columbus and further SE are in for a very rough night! Bro, you be careful in Zanesville tonight while working nights on the clusterfuk around 70! They say 80 MPH winds or naders are possible.

It just finished pushing through up here where I'm at. Lots of wind, lots of rain, and lots of lightning. Thankfully no trees down around the house as far as I know. I hear there's another wave coming later tonight, though.
That wave hitting the center of the state right now looks bad.
Hope all is good with yall. Just pulled into work, 2 minutes before I get here I get a "One call", no power at the building. Pulled in, yup, no power. Lol fack. Clocked in. See what happens

Round 1 barely caught my place and wasn’t bad at all. Round 2 was just a typical storm.
Round 3 just blasted through. That was interesting. Mostly just monsoon rains and lightning with some fierce winds. My overtime was canceled today so I’m not too upset. Waiting on daylight to assess any damage.

All quiet here now. That thunder sounded like a freight train . Power lines down everywhere.
