Stripper pole. Stripper pole. Stripper pole. And a urinal. A urinal in a pole barn would be the shit. Better yet put it on the outside.
I have never had so much trouble spending money. People must have so much work that it isn’t worth returning calls or giving bids. About to just order one of those metal buildings off CL. Anyone have any experience with those?
Like the carport things? I have 2 of them. 24x30 with 10' sidewalls. Three-sided. Great to story equipment under them. Not permanent structures. Haven't had any long enough to attest to durability. They've held up the first 3-4 years pretty good. No noticeable wear at all.

Mine is a 28’x54’ with an 8’ overhang. The kit was purchased from Armstrong Buildings (800-345-4610)
in CO and shipped to NE Ohio on a flatbed for about $43k with all my options (custom). It’s a commercial metal building with Ibeam framing. I was quoted another $67k for groundup installing from one of their area dealers. I subbed it out myself and that was a mistake. My 6” floor has more crack than CLE.

Something of that size/price would have wood post construction and a 4” poured concrete floor post construction. That could change per you. I did a 48” footer all the way around plus a 6” floor. I think I’m vested in 72 yards of Crete in my project. Gauge of sheet metal and paint durability also make a huge difference. I went all in because I’ll die in it.
After doing some research, I’m better off with wood construction. In my mind, this could be my house in the future. Sell the house to one of my kids kind of deal and move into the barn.
I’ve also left 4 messages this morning with builders. The loan is ready for signing, but I don’t want that money just sitting in my account. It’ll get pissed away in a hurry...we all know how that goes. Wife craving Mexican food, lets go out. Truck needs a couple of tires, might as well get wheels while I’m at it. Piss it all away and have no building.
