This one messes with my eyes.

I don’t remember you having a double main beam last year. Or one without a brow, you have damn good brow genetics on that farm. This a new guy?

Not sure if he is new or not just quite yet. We have figured out who a few of the easy ones are. Need to study last year’s pics from this feeder location a bit more.

Couple more form yesterdays pull. The short brow tine wide 8 is recent new-show that has been there quite frequently over the past week. Those pics are only about 20 yards from where I planted the fresh bean plot for youth season. He will be the main target for Shea. I also did put a cam in the beans yesterday (which are looking great!) to see if he is feeding in them. Update on that next week!

I also think I figured out why we haven't been getting pics of one of the better bucks from last year that we called 'Ali'. I had found a big dead shed buck in the spring while out looking for sheds. So I took the one shed of his that I found and lined it up with the skull. He shed deep on the back side, and it looks like a perfect match. Bummer, but at least we know his demise.

That sucks! But at least you know what happened to him. I’ve had a few big ones that I’ve never seen again and I always wonder if someone else got them, maybe hit by a car, poached or coyotes.
