Yes is an all electric house and it has a 320/400 service because there is a second kitchen in the basement for my mother, who is moving in.

No doesn’t really get cold enough for long enough down here. We will supplement with the fireplace
Did some clean up work on wiring and put in a temp door so they will not consider the basement a garage.

Yea some old doors I had, I will build some nice carriage doors after I get CO but for now I need to put a man door up or they want it to be a garage, which means separate hvac systems and other crap.
Haven’t posted in awhile, but we are slowly making progress. Pasted all inspections, now only finals, got all the insulation done, been putting up T&G, built the framework for the stone that will be put on the fireplace, tile man finished up the bathroom heated floor and tile shower. Stone guys put stone on the end of the house, they will start on the inside fireplace and outside fireplace this week.
Got 3 coats of poly on front door, might sand and do a few more when construction is done. Insulation is no fun, putting up T&G everywhere

Man that looks awesome!! Your shower is configured just like ours. Is that a stub out for a rain head in the ceiling? If not, highly consider it. I freaking love ours and haven't used the wall shower head yet, it just makes sense and feel way more natural to me.
