Can't beat Spartan Cams... Just got the attached pic from Illinois... This cam has been going on 2 years... Not a single problem and never lost signal due to a firm ware update needed... One of my friends bought a Ridgetech seems to be doing ok... Hasn't had it a year yet, so ask me come July... Also a pic from that attached....

I would think you would have to run this on a solar panel and battery backup. Not sure how you would keep it running with snowfall.
