FINALLY GETTING BACK TO MY ROOTS

After a year of searching we have found another home. Time to leave the big city behind. Come early summer we will be living in the same township I grew up in. My dads place will only two miles away, making it much easier if he needs something.

We will be living with my daughter and SIL in a fully furnished MIL suite. This move will free us from home ownership, and allow us to do more traveling and enjoy life. We are both excited and nervous at the same time. Living with someone will be different, but we don't expect any issues. The four of us get along great and my SIL is my fishing partner.

We have already started selling off things we don't need or use. Hoping for the best.

I may be selling a few man cave items. I'm going to have limited wall space for hanging trophys. Not sure yet but I will probably be selling these items
Very large Northern Pike
Antelope Shoulder Mount
Large 4X4 Mule Deer Rack On Board.
Flying Ruffed Grouse
Flying Ring Necked Pheasant
Mallard Drake
Antelope Horns on Board
Black Bear Head

All I can think of without walking downstairs to my man dungeon.

Awesome! I was thinking of your tackle stuff. I’d love to have an old tacklebox with some old fishing stuff in it. I’ve always thought that was cool.

I know you specialize in that stuff, so you know what I’m talking about. Thank you, sir. I’ll think about what it would be worth to me and just let you build it to that. Sound fair?

Congrats! Sounds like a winning plan. If you can fish with your sil shes gota be cool enough. And the absolute best part is what the majority of people are missing out on and that the" enjoying life more" part. Good luck

It’s an exciting and nerve racking experience, Dick. We did the move last fall and haven’t regretted it once.... Enjoy the experience and the time with your bride....

I thought I replied to this, guess not.

Whatever you’d like, Dick. I have a handful of old reels already and they would go great in the collection. I just really enjoy the looks of the old stuff. Really tells a story when you look at those kinds of things.

I hope everything is still going smooth. 👍🏼

Glad to hear things are coming together for you guys before the move Dick! Best wishes on the move buddy! It might be a good idea if you could put some sort of asking price with these items you have listed and people can get in touch with you if they’re interested.

Good luck buddy!👍🏻
