Cell phone boosters

You can get a cell phone repeater that will give you in building coverage. Basically it takes the signal outside and boost it all over the inside. As long as your signal outside is at minimal specs. I have one at my house that you can have to try. We will just need to remove it from the house. I will need to double check what frequencies it is compatible with to make sure it will work with your AT&T. I will try to remember to pull the model number tomorrow and look it up.

I am checking options now. So don't get excited. Just trying to figure in all added expenses that I can. Not even sure if I will need it. Single layer of metal in the barn now is fine.

Our wifi sucks. Can't even stream live TV. And the wifi only reaches about a 1/4 of the way.
That's strange. That wifi router should cover your whole house. The barn might be a stretch as that's a lot of walls though. Did you line your wall voids with lead? 😅

This is why we talk. Thanks fellas. Not sure if any of these options helps me to be mobile or not. But if I can get by here at the house for free and we still get by at the campground. That seems reasonable and the smart option. Not like anyone us trying to work off the internet in these places. Just stream some music, which I think I could do with a Spotify account.

I've got a Wilson Pro 70 booster that boosts all services and does very well. Wilson is very good about explaining coverage expectancy based on service without the booster. They are a PIA to set up, but they do work if you have some type of cell signal. . If you have zero reception, this will not magically create a signal, it will simply amplify the signal you do have.

Hey Dave... Was talking to someone yesterday about the tv occasionally getting a distorted pic... He said I should get a new modem as this was probably the cause... He said if it is acting up it will effect wifi signal and cell phone issues such as dropped calls will occur...
