Buck age

So just curious how many guys think they are good at aging a buck either by looking at cam pics or teeth after they are dead.
Just curious to see how old you guys think this buck is by these pics.

However, I suspect now that he's fairly older than what I originally posted since you sent a tooth out to be analyzed for age. I suspect there was somethin you discovered after checking teeth that prompted you to send a tooth out, so now I care to change my original estimate and add another year, maybe even two.

Was his antler growth on the downward trend possibly due to the older age?

I've got a set of antlers from a very old buck where his antlers definitely got smaller, or less mass and a bit brittle due to age. He broke off half of his main beam on one side just from a tree rub he did everyday. I estimate he was a 24 point during his prime with a basket rack more or less. The deer body size was huge though and had difficulty getting around. He was robbing a fruit tree nursery farm. The owner wanted him gone and I was happy to oblige.
