Our home is a converted 125 year old barn. The house is solid wood without a sheet of drywall or plywood…nothing was pre-fabbed. About 30% of the first floor ceiling is vaulted...I've spent the last 25 years convincing my wife that this is ideal for displaying taxidermy. We have a trophy room specifically dedicated to deer mounts but these two hang above the TV in the den…net 400”

Every time I see your opening day buck I am taken back by it's size! That's a beautiful buck!

Thanks Greg. It's coming up on 8 years ago in a couple weeks and I'm still taken back every time I look up at it. Truly a once in a lifetime event.

It's hard to believe it's been that long! Great looking deer, both of them. Now, run up stairs and take a couple photos of that room for the fellas that haven't been there. That's a pretty nice collection too!

Here ya go...

Looking Good Mike. Gotta love how those mounts look on a solid wood wall.

I want a home visit this year lol. Pics are great but to truly admire them I need to seem them in person lol. Somehow I missed the trophy tour last year lol.

Dang. Very nice Mike. What's the total inches of antler on all those walls?

Edit: before you tell us, I want to see how close Ric & Ron can come!!
