2nd Annual Family Fishing and Camping Outing

Let the planning begin.

Time to start getting our calendar's blocked off. We need to figure out the weekend that works best for the masses.
First weekend of May 4th - 5th or
2nd weekend of May 11th - 12th
Keeping in mind that the 12th is Momma's Day.
I think the same location as last year. It seemed to work out really well.

The wife put it on the family calendar last night after talking about it. The plan is for the whole family to come down. If for some crazy reason its going to be a wash out, just my oldest Kayla and I will be down. Looking forward to it.

OSP reservations open up 6 months prior so as soon as we have a date, ppl can make reservations online.

We did. Every year we had gone on memorial day weekend. This time we are going first weekend of may.

Sites 23, 25, and 26 are already reserved. That is 2 extra by the one that was reserved last year headed towards the corner where Giles was. The 3rd weekend (17-18), 26 opens up but 23 & 25 are still reserved.

Most others that we had last year are open for all. We discussed last year keeping the fire behind 22, down in that dip like we did Saturday night. We could always shift back towards 18 & 16.

I set it for 10 days but we can decide whenever.
