Well, with the afternoons being unlocked, my brother and I decided to get out and hunt a very large farm in Medina Co tonight. And boy did it pay off! We hiked in about a mile to a spot that he saw a tom yesterday evening who held up on him at 70 yards strutting for an hour and 15 minutes...

Well, after a couple long weeks of work I was able to get out this evening. and I got it done! First bird of the season down, 1 more to go.

Thanks Rsmith. Just had a hen come round the corner with a jake yelping like hell. Not a peep from the jake, they walked into the woods in separate directions.

6 Jakes a gaggle of hens and 1 Tom walked in on my brother this morning, who happened to pick the hot side of the farm were hunting this morning. Tom went down!
