Just a few to start the year

My Buckeye Big Buck certificate for my 2013 10pt came in the mail today! It was the last thing I expected today and was nice surprise.

I bought a new truck a month ago and was wondering how a feller would go about getting a TOO decal for the back window?

Couldn't help myself tonight Toozers, I have let a lot of deer walk so far this season but I had that good old fashion feeling tonight! My back has been wrenched for about a week and I almost didn't go but Jarrod talked me into taking his old x bow, glad I went!

Last year I put a good friend of mine son on his biggest buck during gun season. Well tonight he topped that one and it is his first bow kill to boot. I'm kinda proud of this young man right now, I was first to get the call and he was pretty shook up! his dad was just as shook up as Ben.

My taxidermist called today and I just got him home. This never gets old and I'm tickled with how he turned out. I'm going to take some good pics outside when the sun is shining, but for now these will have to do.

As I'm getting everything gathered and ready for the morning, I just wanted to take a second to wish all of the TOO family a safe and successful season. I look forward to seeing and hearing about everyone's encounters. Best of luck to you all...

I stopped at my taxidermist( Carol Daniels, Gallery of Nature) today to pay my BBBC entry fee for my 2013 buck. Sadly he is not done but I took some pics of some African mounts she is working on.

My son graduated from Elida Senior High today now he is off to major in wild life biology and play football at Heidleberg University, I'm going to be lost come deer season.
