Went out again this morning and got 2 more limits for the freezer. Love stocking up on good food. We did all the cleaning ourselves took 35-40mins with one guy filleting and one zippering.

Some local veggies made for a very good dinner! Italian sausage( hot and sweet) yellow, orange, green bells, onion, garlic, and crispy fried potatoes!

After a long day on Erie it's nice to have a good dinner! New York Strips with cheddar garlic biscuits and wild rice

5 1/2 lbs of hickory Golden eye and Beef jerky heading to the smoker in the afternoon....gotta love cooking up the game you get in the fall

Mother's Day dinner :) Dry rubbed Turkey breast with a garlic sauce ( basting sauce) in the smoker , glaZed baked ham, slow cooked southern baked beans with thick cut bacon, tomato and cucumber salad and good rolls :))

Slow evening fishing but jiggin managed to get a few fish in the boat
