South Texas got a lot of rain. The hogs are thick down there again. I'll be there next year. Could be my last time on that ranch. I have some unfinished business on the ranch. I promised somebody I would get them there, and I will. I'll be focusing on Florida pork after that.

I cooked those a total of 5 minutes for both sides. Salt, pepper & garlic, they were killer! Joie did the rice cakes with whole grain, organic spinach, Romano cheese, salt and pepper. We are slowly depleting our supply of gmo laden crap. We have a local farm that is trustworthy for meat, eggs...
