Smart watches

So I golfed 18 and it measured most of that time as stress, both medium and high. I can tell you it was a stress free a day of pure pleasure for me.
Came home ate dinner and took a mile plus walk. More stress on the monitor but a pure joy of an evening walk, mildly brisk pace. The darn watch manufactures stress in my mind. Garmin Instinct 2. Part of the issue could be in rural areas poor interconnection between the watch, the phone and the cell towers or satellites?

Nope, I see that as stress to the body and mine registers the same. You are participating in an athletic sport, even if riding in a cart. In, out, up, down, walking etc....it is all a stress to the body. What I find relaxing for my mind and spirt will only sometimes align with the my watch, I documented it above. Mine will spike when I get up off the couch, stand up from table, walk out to mailbox, etc. It's the battery part that helps fight against that stress. How fast does your body drop heart rate to a resting state, etc. Just like a load test on a battery, it's got to be challenged, and challenged often to rebound quickly.

Makes sense to me. Healthy stress verses harmful stress!

These smart watches are smarter then I am. Apparently I hit some buttons bumping into things and put it in battery saver. 35 days between charges but not showing tracking anything. Once my son fixed it for me it showed that even in battery saver it counted my steps anyways.

I finally figured out how to use it on the golf course and it has a hunt setting in their as well.

I failed me this week. Lots of mental stress got the best of me. Time to put it past me and worry about me again.

Yes, I realize the stress is about body stress and not mental stress. The mental stress will lead to body stress tho. I didn't do much work this week. Lots and lots of phone calls happened.
