Went down to check the mineral site and seen some strange tracks in the edge of the cornfield.



This property has never had birds this early in the year. Usually they don't show up until mid summer and are gone again by bow season. Went on into the woods and see 2 deer shoot out the southside and then 2 turks take off running like the wind. As soon as they hit the drainage they took off flying on back deeper into the woods.

I couldn't tell if they was hens or toms but it was cool none the less :D.

Gobbler tracks are twice the size(Hugh) and the angle from the middle toe to the left and right toe is more like 80 to 90 degress..where as the hen is more like 45 degrees
