Yup we are packed up and just waiting on the river.. if the predictions are correct 55.9ft. We will either just miss it my less than 1in, or I will have some water in the house. This was the house in 2015 with the river at 57ft..

55.38 is what I read this morning. You still dry?

Cincinnati Oh
Yes thankfully we are still dry! If it would have come up 1-2 more inches we would have gotten wet. Going to try to upload a video. Keep in mind this was taken a few hours before the crest. At crest the concrete paver sidewalk was completely under water.

Ok it won’t let me upload a video. So I will load a few pics. But they really don’t do it justice..

This is yesterday after it went down a little bit.

From all I hear, you may be dealing with water this time. Hopefully not. Been thinking of you guys today as it absolutely pours here.

I’ve been talking with him a bit and will try and relay for him as this surge comes up. As we talked this morning I told him basically the same thing you just said. This is what he replied.

So it doesn’t look like it’ll be much worse. I know they’ve had the dams basically shut off around here. Haven’t looked to see them today though.

Pittsburgh is expected to have some severe flooding this weekend. We are supposed to get another 3" of rain. It rained a fair amount today as well.

Looking on the news and Facebook it looks like SE Ohio is already getting alot of flooding.

Got a feeling that this weekend is going to be bad for alot of folks.
