It was dead in Muskingum from the 16-22. Not one adult deer seen for 5 days. Shot one on the 22nd, headed home. I think I timed lockdown perfectly. Saw chasing the first couple days and then everything shut off. I would think it's been good the last few days. Hopefully the bigs stay close to home next week for you guys.

This fella has been chasing does all over the neighborhood. I'm adjacent to two large farms and a wildlife sanctuary. I have one wooded acre to hunt. Hoping I get a shot. Any opinions on age/score would be appreciated.

My guess would be 140's but damn he is wide! Maybe 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 he's pretty bulky but not much sway to his back or belly. Good luck with him!

Seen a buck push a doe across the road in front of me tonight. I think had she stopped he would've mounted her in the road. Mouth open and didn't care about anything else.

Seen the first buck killed on the roadside this morning headed to work also. Nice body, small rack. And of coarse I had the wife's car and couldn't scoop him up! Would've liked to if had that meat.

Eastern mercer county. In west central Ohio. I had nice 8 point chasing and sniffing around on a doe in van wert county last week.

Southern Wood County on Christmas day, I seen 2 young bucks running a doe in circles while they fed in a winter wheat field just down from my moms house. There was 3 other Does out eating, so I'm guessing she was coming in to heat
