I'm trying to forgive something out here...not real good on this type of thing. I'll get it figured out though, I think it'll help with questions and has good info.

Sorry bud. I completely forgot to post this for you.

First of all, shouldn't Law Enforcement and Wildlife Officers be the same thing?

Second of all, shouldn't Fish Management and Wildlife Management fall under Operations? It's the same thing! Also, nearly 5 million for information and education? How much do they pay for their website hosting?

This looks and feels like an overly vague pile of hogwash to appease stakeholders who want to question it. I mean, 2.3 million for administration seems like a lot, sounds like some wealthy secretaries if you ask me.

Every gov't agency does the same shit, break the money down into pots/ categories then when one uses their money up they're done of you have to have an executive action too move the do.lars around.... Amazed at the inefficiency some of these methods have....

I seen the same thing being on the Board of Directors of a large Credit Union. It's insane what is spent on licenses fees. And they would never ask for a lower price or free addons as that would be embarrassing and poor relations. After 19 yrs I had enough and walked away.
Plus alot of these outfits become cash cows for employee salaries and benefits and the overall operation came 2nd.

As "J" said each unit gets a yearly budget and then if not all is used the budget is cut the next year. So it's use it or loose it. They always find ways to use the extra funds not really needed.
