Not sure if I posted this yesterday or not...home made tortilla chips and salsa.
Pretty easy and we normally make them over a campfire or grill. Take corn tortillas spray them down with Pam or olive oil and sprinkle down with Adobo seasoning. Cook till nice and crunchy, dip away or just eat plain. I prefer mine with a jar from the garden.
We did this batch in the oven and precut them this time. It still worked but not as good as over a fire. Kids love making them and eating them! We’ve also made them with seasoning salt, Tony’s and garlic salt, Adobo is what we always go back to.
